I have a 16′ table (don’t know the manufacturer) that seems to be great quality. Very nice dark stained oak cabinet, 3″ butcher blick with thick polyurethane top. I was having a problem with the ends not keeping shape and warping slightly convex. There are 4 climatic adjusters and the nearest adjusters are about 30″ inside so I added a pair of climatic adjusters to each end about 10″ from each end. I just went to set up the table and noticed that there are 2 cracks that seem to be at the glue lines where the original inside adjuster’s bolts are. They are about 6′ longand don’t extend the whole board or thickness. I released the tension as to not have it crack more. How should I go about repairing and stabilizing this?

You have a lot of work to repair a shuffleboard cracked board, It takes a lot of spread apart then glue, clamp concave and convex board with climate adjusters to find more cracks. Just try to use a hyper needle to get glue into cracks as far as you can and make sure you have strong enough clamps
